There are areas for barbecues and excellent play parks for the kids. If you fancy something a little more adventurous you can go up in the trees at the Go Ape adventure centre.

Cycling In Dalby Forest

Dalby Forest offers cycling opportunities for riders of all ages and abilities. There are numerous routes and tracks of varying distances and difficulty levels. The following is a list of the official routes, for more information call in at The Visitor Center and they will be only too pleased to help.

Cycle Routes And Cycle Tracks In Dalby Forest

• Blue Cycling Trail – Moderate, A simple route on mixed terrain, steep in places
• Ellerburn Family Cycle Route – Easy, Families can take in the views alongside Dalby Beck
• Green Cycle Route – Easy,  A short ride mainly on the high plateau around Adderstone. Mixed terrain of forest roads and grass tracks.
• Pace Bike Park at Dixon’s Hollow – Extreme, Pace Bike Park 4X course and dirt jumps. For experienced riders.
• Red Cycle Trail – Hard, Dalby Red Cycle Trail, a long route on variable terrain of single track with sections of forest road.
• World Cup Cycle Trail – Severe, Dalby world cup cycle trail a short but challenging route, on variable terrain of mainly single track trails and some forest roads.
