Richard Littlejohn – The Daily Mail, Cc: James Slack, Timothy Hicks FCA. Letter By Nigel Ward
In company with others, I have been investigating allegations of corruption in North Yorkshire. With some considerable success. Have a look at the links at the bottom of this email – and the attached *.jpg.
In short form, the Chair of the NYPA (Cllr Jane kenyon [Conservative] – daughter of the infamous Sir Bernard Kenyon, a central figure in the John Poulson/T Dan Smith corruption scandal of the early ’70s) and her consort have been taking liberties for thirty-plus years. Evidence garnered entirely from the public record has now been collated and published, under my name, by a group informing the anti-corruption enquiry of Lord Maginnis of Drumglass (Ken Maginnis has been asking a series of Parliamentary Questions on corruption in N Yorks), who has copies of all the salient documentation. His forensic fraud investigator Timothy Hicks FCA has been liaising closely with me over the past weeks. I have copied him into this email so that you have his contact address.
I have also provided some links to the articles that have been published on the Real Whitby newsblog over the past ten or eleven weeks. Cllr Kenyon has not denied the allegations, which span thirty years of systemic abuse of public office and other criminal activity. Baroness Warsi and Lord Feldman (Co-Chairs of the Conservative Party) have declined three requests to offer a statement of confidence. Same story with the N Yorks Conservative MPs, including Scarborough & Whitby’s Robert Goodwill MP. The Leaders and Chief Execs of North Yorkshire County Council and Scarborough Borough Council (and the CEO of the North Yorkshire Police Authority) have also declined to defend Cllr Kenyon.
And yet Cllr Kenyon remains in public office – including her Portfolio for Finance, Procurement & Legal at SBC – protected by a wall of silence.
A Private Eye exposé, published earlier this week, has left the entire N Yorks political scene in shcok and disarray. (Scan attached).
And yet Cllr Kenyon remains in public office.
I am also in possesion of contemporary witnesses (including contemporaneous diaries, letters, documents – including fraudulent cheques – and audio/video interviews). I have made it clear, in print, that I will publish one every week until such time as the ‘authorities’ stop this blatant cover-up.
I make no secret of the fact that I write in the hope that you may be tempted to take an interest in the case.
Please let me know if you would like to hear more.
Yours, with very kind regards,
