SBC Cllr Tim Lawn Resigns

The Scarborough Borough Council Website currently shows that Tim Lawn is no longer an elected Councillor and that he his term of office ended today, Monday 18th March 2013.

Given that Tim Lawn was one of the requisite two Scarborough Borough Council members of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park Authority, it is expected that he has effectively relinquished his position as Chairman of the Planning Committee and Member of the North Yorks Moors National Park Authority too.

Funny how the Squirrel and the Milkman have clammed up. Is it all falling apart?

All the exciting news over the past twelve months has evaporated. Back to 22.5p – and falling.

Nah, I think they are finally getting the point that the local authorities they are dealing with are not fit for purpose. I can only guess that not only are they having to navigate the project through the proper planning process but they are having to educate the ‘decision makers’ on protocol and professionalism.

Loyalty, Commitment, Responsibility. Is that too much to ask?

Note the special meeting on the 25th? Isn’t it about time the NYMNPA hoisted the white flag and handed the decision over to another Authority?

PS, when SBC tried to sell off the Town Hall they had to assign the Planning Process to another Authority because of too many conflicts of interest.

Wondering how this will pan out: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-21839684

Just for fun: Without looking up the Sirius website, which Lord Hutton is on the Sirius Board of Directors? Place your bets 50/50?

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Hutton,_Baron_Hutton_of_Furness
    or
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Hutton,_Baron_Hutton

They have both worked for the Ministry of Defence, one is an old chum of Tony Blair and Chaired the David Kelly inquiry, and the other is Hutton of Furness, where nucleur waste is being stored temporarily.

“Funny how the Squirrel and the Milkman have clammed up. Is it all falling apart?”

Sorry to disappoint Stakesby, but still around.

It’s hard work trying to keep up; what with the same article being posted on every WG article or letter that Tim can find.

Now that is funny…or is it desparation?

    Have a nice day.

    Ditto.

I see Vanda is still desperately attempting to associate the potash mine with nucleur [sic] waste.

Not sure the point of the Hutton quiz. As it states on Wikipedia; Brian Hutton (the one who presided over the ‘inquiry’ into the MURDER of Dr. David Kelly by George Dubya’s rent-boy, Blair) is not to be confused with Lord Hutton of Furness; former Minister of State for Work and Pensions.

Chris…the other one, not the milkman.

11 minutes later you posted under your name, the same article on here.

I then posted the following Question to anarchyUK:

anarchyUK, Could you answer a straight forward question with a straight forward answer for me.
Are you and Vanda Inman one and the same the same person?

To which I got a reply from anarcyUK that said, I am a chatterbot that posts under different names, this was quickly removed from the site and replaced with the following post.

Why don’t you ask Vanda Inman?

So Vanda that is exactly what I would like to ask you, are you and ‘anarchyUK’ one and the same person.

A straight yes or no in the interest of honesty and clarity that you have quoted as “not being too much to ask” when talking about other people, would be greatly appreciated.
    Thankyou.
